 Here is what you will learn on your 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training! This is a practical course, so although you learn a lot of stuff, most things are highly interactive, fun and as engaging as possible. Many activities involve not just learning dry philosophy but taking time for personal reflections and insights into how these apply to your own life! Our anatomy assessment will focus on looking at real bodies, in real poses, not high pressure exams or labelling two dimensional diagrams!

Our courses are registered through Yoga Alliance, enabling you to Teach in Australia and Abroad! Teaching Team includes Registered Experienced Yoga Teachers Rebecca Dore ERT-200 and Kate Payne ERT-500.
