Our 5 week Beginners Course will help you to get you started with Pilates. This course is perfect for those who are absolute beginners to Pilates, who may not have exercised for some time, people recovering from injury as well as those who have been off the mat for a while and just need a refresher. It’s also a great way if you're looking to improve core strength and posture in a safe atmosphere with other beginners, just like you.
This is a mens only Yoga Course, specifically designed for male bodies. We keep it simple, effective and targeted to problem areas for men e.g. improving mobility in the shoulders, hips and hamstrings using poses that are accessible to male bodies. And you wont have to worry about being the only guy in the room.
If you want bouncing off the walls perky buns, toned legs and arms, then Barre is the class for you! This 6 week Beginners Course will help you to get you started with Barre. It’s also a great way if you're looking to improve core strength, tone and posture in a safe atmosphere with other beginners, just like you. Different to other Beginners Yoga Courses, we provide a framework and motivation for a total lifestyle change. We motivate healthy eating, provide stress reduction techniques and teach you how to do yoga! The beginners course runs over 6 weeks and will teach you 25 key yoga poses. Headstand and Shoulderstand (Sirsasana and Sarvangasana) are often called the King and Queen poses of Yoga. For the beginner and even the intermediate practitioner, these poses have significant boundaries that make them difficult to practice safely. However, if practiced with awareness and ease, these poses can elucidate the inner forms of yoga to the practitioner, guiding them back to stillness of mind and body.
