Spend two hours with Michael releasing knots in the body and grounding your energy with gentle flow yoga and fascial unwinding. The practice focuses on the Water element according to Chinese Medicine. We’ll be gently stretching the deeper aspects of the body improving flexibility and joint mobility. Fluid movements and fascial release techniques will help to get energy flowing in the water element meridians lines, including the kidney and urinary bladder which rule water metabolism and maintain homeostasis, a dynamic continual rebalancing.

The King, The Queen and The Sun Workshop

Headstand and Shoulderstand (Sirsasana and Sarvangasana) are often called the King and Queen poses of Yoga. For the beginner and even the intermediate practitioner, these poses have significant boundaries that make them difficult to practice safely. However, if practiced with awareness and ease, these poses can elucidate the inner forms of yoga to the practitioner, guiding them back to stillness of mind and body. Beginners welcome with safe options provided for all levels.
