If you want bouncing off the walls perky buns, toned legs and arms, then Barre is the class for you! This Beginners Course will help you to get you started with Barre. It’s also a great way if you're looking to improve core strength, tone and posture in a safe atmosphere with other beginners, just like you. No dance experience required, no routines to learn - simple, fun and accessible to everyone!

Fusing the benefits of ballet style strength training, Yoga and Pilates to give you the perfect tone and posture of a dancer in an easy to follow, fun class. The class has an emphasis on improving strength and tone!

After your course you get 1 month unlimited at our 2 locations to try all of our awesome classes!

6.45pm Wed 25 April - Week 1
6.45pm Wed 2 May - Week 2
6.45pm Wed 9 May - Week 3
6.45pm Wed 16 May - Week 4 No Course, Try a Studio Class on the timetable
6.45pm Wed 23 May- Week 5
6.45pm Wed 30 May - Week 6
+ 1 month unlimited

Please note the course includes 1 week break for you to try a regular class on our timetable. Bring any questions back in week 5 for your course teacher to assist you with.  Your one month unlimited pass commences the Saturday after your course ends.
