Fusing the benefits of ballet style strength training, Yoga and Pilates to give you the perfect tone and posture of a dancer in an easy to follow, fun class. When you work your thighs in a barre class, you target your legs from every angle doing ballet strength training drills. A barre sequence will work to fatigue the front, inner and outer thighs. The same goes for your butt, abs, arms, and back. You are not only creating amazing definition like a part-time dancer, you are also strengthening the muscles that are often underused and underdeveloped.
