This 6 week Intermediate course is for those who have been practising a little while and want to progress a little further. This is for Beginners that are ready for support in making the journey toward a Intermediate practice. You don't have to already be intermediate just willing and able to challenge yourself a little more! This is a practice that will give you a total body work out, with the same safe posture and focus you get in a regular pilates class. Be prepared for a little more cardio than a regular class, leaving your body feeling strong and toned! Great for those who love a work out from their practice and don't mind a little sweat and the results that come with it!
