Be Still | Meditation Workshop

If you don't know where to start with a meditation practice this workshop is a perfect introduction. Find out how to get comfortable, why to bother being still and what you can focus on when meditating. We introduce you to a few styles and help you to explore what works for you. 

We will explore some traditional meditation methods from the Yoga, Zen and Vipassana traditions, and help break them down into easy to understand concepts that are relevant to modern life. If you need a chilled day out to focus on you, join us:

You will spend approximately 20 minutes practicing each of the meditation methods below so you can pick one that is perfect for you:

• Kundalini Yoga Method

• Vipassana Method
