Spend two hours with Michael releasing knots in the body and grounding your energy with gentle flow yoga and fascial unwinding. The practice focuses on the Water element according to Chinese Medicine. We’ll be gently stretching the deeper aspects of the body improving flexibility and joint mobility using yoga flows and assisted stretching. Fluid movements and fascial release techniques will help to get energy flowing in the water element meridians lines, including the kidney and urinary bladder which rule water metabolism and maintain homeostasis, a dynamic continual rebalancing.
An imbalance in the water element can manifest as excessive fear or anxiety. This can trap energy in the chest, leaving a feeling of tension or intensity in the chest. Traditional Chinese Medicine says that excess fear injures the Kidney energy while a dysfunction in the Kidney energy, in turn, further increases our fear.
This practice will especially serve you if you are living at a face pace, feeling off balance, anxious or stressed and is particularly helpful for those with water imbalance manifesting in:

Everyone is welcome and this practice is suited for people who haven't done yoga before. There will also be some adjustments to your body through body work, so make sure you are okay with giving or receiving touch.
