Why you will love it
We are different to other Beginners Yoga Courses, as we provide a framework and motivation for a total lifestyle change. We motivate wellbeing, provide stress reduction techniques and teach you how to do yoga! Beginners Courses are all one night per week. The beginners course is 6 weeks and will teach you 25 key yoga poses, but you also get a 1 month pass to participate in unlimited classes at Lighten Up once you finish because we know you want to stay on track!
