This is a mens only Yoga Course, specifically designed for male bodies. We keep it simple, effective and targeted to problem areas for men e.g. improving mobility in the shoulders, hips and hamstrings using poses that are accessible to male bodies. And you wont have to worry about being the only guy in the room. Suitable for beginners but all levels will benefit from this targeted course. 

In the West many people associate Yoga with women, but in India it was originally only practiced by men! Its mostly branding that has led us to believe that yoga is a girl thing! Yoga can improve functional strength, help prevent injury, increase range of motion, reduce stress, improve concentration and even improve sexual performance!
