Have a Fitness Passport?


We have improved our booking process for new fitness passport members; you can now book online using a promo code! When paying for your first class, please select Fitness Passport Online 6 Month Membership to receive a 100% discount please use the promo code: FITMEMBER

Please ensure you bring your Fitness Passport with you to class which our teachers will need to site to validate your membership, and you will also need to sign by scanning into the scanner in the City or into the Fitness Passport sign in book for Douglas classes. Signing in ensures that your class is subsidised by fitness passport so you don't have to pay yourself.

Please do NOT use the Mindbody Ap to set up your membership, because you won't be able to enter your promo code there. Do not proceed to payment until the membership has been reduced to $0 using the promo code, as an admin fee $10 will be charged for any refund we need to process. Please book in via the link below when setting up your membership, if the Minbody Ap pops up as a suggested option, close down and continue using the desktop until you set up your membership. Make sure to write down the email address and password you use here so you can use that when you log in to the Mindbody Ap afterwards.

Now you are all set up, you can book in for class using our App which you can download for iPhone and Android.  If you can't see your membership on the Ap please check out our FAQs to find out how to sync your Lighten Up profile with your Ap. 



What is covered on the Fitness Passport?

Your fitness passport covers you for all classes displayed on our timetable, which includes all drop in classes for yoga, hot yoga, pilates and barre. You can come any time as long as you have a valid fitness passport. We renew your 6 month membership with us as needed. See our timetable here.

You have access to pretty much everything, except our special courses (like beginners courses, although you do receive a discount!) and our special workshops (like yin yoga and myosfacial release). However, if you book in for classes without showing up more than three times, your membership will be suspended for one week. Its important not to take up spaces in classes you don’t attend, as it stops others from being able to make a booking so all fitness passport holders and members get the best access to classes.

You'll need to sign in each time you visit.  The scanner or sign in sheet will be at the back of the room for every class you attend. If you don't sign the sign in sheet you will have to pay for the class yourself - fitness passport will only cover the class if you have signed the sign in sheet so make sure you don't forget.
