8.00am - Pilates (30 min)
8.30am - Barre (30 min)
9.15am - Flow Yoga (60 min)
10.30am - Yin Yoga (60 min)
11.45am - Detox Yoga (60 min)
Beginners are welcome in all classes. Its free to book in for classes but we suggest an optional gold coin donation at the door that will go to the Elephant Nature park which provides a sanctuary for mistreated elephants. Book your classes below to ensure there's a spot for you!
If you haven't heard, we'll be having a Spring Open Day Special! But, its only available on the day!
