Aline originally started Yoga because she has trouble switching off for more than five minutes and now she loves to use yoga to help others rediscover their ability to feel calm and centred. For Aline who has always been go getter in sports, Yoga was a game changer " I still remember the feeling after my first yoga class, I realise that was the moment I got hooked. Walking out of the studio after 60 minutes of stretching and strengthening in a heated room left me feeling content, light, at ease and most importantly calm and relaxed. I had almost forgotten what it felt like to actually be relaxed. Ever since that day I was intrigued as to what it was that made me feel so good after every yoga class."
" I would like to share with others what yoga has given to me and encourage people to explore their physical and mental capabilities through this practice. Yoga is so much more than just a way to exercise the body; it can give you the whole package, a strong body as well as a strong mind and heart. It can be used as a tool to handle every day life challenges and finding contentment with the self and others. I am very excited to have the opportunity to lead and guide people along their yogic journey."
