Bec will take you through four days of training & practice so that you will be able to confidently teach and practice Restorative Yoga at the completion of the course. You don't need to be a Yoga Teacher to enrol, you may wish to complete the course just to delve deeper into your own Restorative Practice and explore the benefits.

You will receive a Training Manual and Certificate upon completion of the course. Learn how to teach Restorative Yoga safely and effectively, gaining knowledge on how to sequence and modify according to the needs of each individual as well as gain thorough understanding of Yoga in relation to the Nervous System & Digestive System.

Headstand and Shoulderstand (Sirsasana and Sarvangasana) are often called the King and Queen poses of Yoga. For the beginner and even the intermediate practitioner, these poses have significant boundaries that make them difficult to practice safely.
