This Beginners Course will help you to get you started with Pilates. This course is perfect for those who are absolute beginners to Pilates, who may not have exercised for some time, people recovering from injury as well as those who have been off the mat for a while and just need a refresher. It’s also a great way if you're looking to improve core strength and posture in a safe atmosphere with other beginners, just like you. After your course you get 1 month membership to use at our 2 locations to try all of our awesome classes!
