This 3-hr workshop will provide a nurturing space that honors pregnancy as a multi-dimensional preparation for motherhood.
Drawing from the teachings of womb yoga, the breath and yoga based movement practices we will flow through will provide a supportive foundation for you to enter labour and birth with a sense of trust & instinctual embodiment.
Yoga practiced during pregnancy and postpartum has the capacity to provide deep intuitive wisdom, connecting us with the earth and water energies in the womb.
It helps us learn how to harness the power of breath and growth at work in our own bodies, and to feel how to use yoga to allow these forces to flow healthily.
Each pregnancy and subsequent birth is different for every women which is why this workshop is not your run of the mill pregnancy class. Instead, you’ll be given the capacity to trust that your body and breath will enable you to meet, with an open heart whatever pregnancy, birth and postpartum experiences you and your baby encounter.
