Why you will love it
We are different to other Beginners Yoga Courses, as we provide a framework and motivation for a total lifestyle change. We motivate wellbeing, provide stress reduction techniques and teach you how to do yoga! Beginners Courses are all one night per week, and run for an hour and 15 minutes. The beginners course is 5 weeks and will teach you 25 key yoga poses, but you also get a 1 month membership to participate in unlimited classes at Lighten Up once you finish because we know you’ll want to stay on track!
This course will also have an Assistant Teacher that will go around and help with alignment, props, alternative poses and helping you to really settle and relax into the poses with some hands on adjustments.
