If you don't know where to start with meditation or need some guidance or refinement this course is perfect. A combination of theory and practice to set you up for an ongoing at home mediation practice. The workshops will also include some movement to help release your body as needed to sit comfortably.
Find out how to get comfortable, why to bother being still and what you can focus on when meditating. We introduce and practice a few styles and help you to explore what works for you.
We will explore some traditional meditation methods from the Yoga, Zen and Vipassana traditions, and help break them down into easy to understand concepts that are relevant to modern life. You will get several opportunities to practice mediation for achievable lengths of time for beginners.
This Course consists of 2 x Workshop Modules of 2 hours each:

We recommend completing both, but you can complete the first one as a stand alone module.
