This workshop series will provide you with the tools to build strength and stamina, balance and flexibility under the safe guidance of women’s physiotherapist Taryn Gaudin + Yoga therapist and pre/postnatal specialist Kate Payne.

$85 per workshop
$150 for both pregnancy + postpartum

$75 per individual workshop
$135 workshop series (pre and postnatal)

• How pregnancy affects your Core and Pelvic Floor
• How to treat common pains and discomforts during pregnancy

• How to exercise safely during pregnancy
• Using the chakras, lunar cycle + feminine cycle to guide your practice
• 45 min prenatal yoga practice + yoga nidra meditation

• Introduction to postnatal yoga postures & breath work
• Common signs and symptoms of ‘Core Dysfunction’
• How to aid postpartum recovery - particularly Pelvic Floor and Core rehabilitation
• The ‘ABCDE’ Technique to Improve Pelvic Floor and Core Function
• How to assess & repair Rectus Diastasis
• Common myths and misconceptions regarding your Core and Pelvic Floor after pregnancy
• How to safely return to exercise postpartum
• Using the chakras, lunar cycle + feminine cycle to guide your practice
• 45 min postnatal yoga practice + yoga nidra meditation
