This 4-week prenatal pilates course is designed to build strength, posture, flexibility and balance. When it comes to exercise during pregnancy its important to maintain a balance between strength, as well as openness and flexibility. A practice that doesn't drain your energy or leave you fatigued but keeps you strong in all the right areas to help you avoid back pain during pregnancy from postural weakness!

Taught by Kat, a highly experienced Pilates teacher who has taught many Townsville women through out their pregnancies and also helping them to bounce back postpartum. Kat is currently also studying Occupational Therapy as she continues to deepen her knowledge of the body at Uni. She is also a passionate singer, blues music lover, mum to her little boy Louis and her two fur babies Layla and Django.
