An Urban Women’s Retreat
Step away from the day to day to spend an afternoon immersed in spring inspired yoga practices, meditation, sound healing and Ayurvedic teachings with Lighten Up Senior Teacher Kate Payne.
We will explore the shift in seasons from winter to spring, reflecting on our natural rhythm as it relates to Yoga & Ayurveda for women.
Gather together with women in a safe and sacred space as we explore when to cultivate deep rest & when to move, aligning ourselves with our inner compass, lunar cycles & seasons.
Ayurvedic lunch & snacks by Happy Wholesome Kitchen. (Special dietary requirements can be catered for)
Suitable for all women, whether you have done yoga or not.
Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters provided but you are also welcome to bring your own.
