The spine and surrounding areas (shoulders & hips) are common places for discomfort and injury amongst many people. Modern day lifestyle and long periods of sitting has left many of us with tight bodies and recurring pain.
During this 2-hour workshop, we’ll spend time balancing strength and flexibility in our shoulders, spine and hips through yin yoga and myofascial release.
Through this type of practice you’ll allow your body to feel more nourished and supported, leaving you with a deeper appreciation and renewed sense of body awareness.
